Topaz – Leura is a beautifully customised single-storey Passivhaus Plus home, inspired by our Topaz concept design and tailored to blend country charm with refined detail. Designed for a low-maintenance, healthy lifestyle, this 3-bedroom home features a flowing layout that connects light-filled living areas with a private home office and tranquil vegetable garden.

Built to Passivhaus Plus standards using our own prefabricated system, it achieves outstanding energy efficiency, comfort, and indoor air quality. Thoughtfully oriented to maximise solar gain and views, and packed with eco-conscious choices—including triple-glazed windows, a Sanden heat pump, solar PV with battery backup, and future-ready infrastructure—this project showcases how performance and character can live in harmony.
