Sapphire, Faulconbridge is a landmark project for Blue Eco Homes—the equal first Certified Passive House in NSW, and the world’s first to combine Passivhaus certification with BAL-FZ bushfire rating. Designed as a display home, Sapphire set out to educate and inspire. It delivers energy-positive performance, generating more electricity than it uses through a 5kW solar PV system and 10kW battery.
