MBA Joe’s focus on understanding his client’s needs and motivation, combined with his passion for quality construction, has resulted in a number of successful and award-winning projects. In August 2008, Joe Mercieca Constructions P/L received an “Excellence in Housing” Award from the Master Builders Association of NSW in the “House Additions / Alterations / Renovations $350,001 to $450,000” category for a project at Mt Victoria in the Blue Mountains.

Also in 2008, the company was a finalist in the Blue Mountains Business Awards in the ‘Trades and Services’ category, and in 2009 received a Highly Commended Award in the Blue Mountains Business Advantage Awards for both ‘Skilled Trades’ and ‘Environmental Business Practices’.
